Teachmint, an education infrastructure company, acquired Airlearn, a video-based live teaching and learning solutions platform, for an undisclosed sum, in a cash and stock deal. This marks the company’s third acquisition this month, having acquired two-course marketplaces— Teachmore and Teachee —earlier this month.

Founded in 2020 by Awadhesh Kumar and Somveer Payal, Airlearn offers a suite of live teaching and learning solutions, such as doubt management, whiteboard features, analytics, and live quizzes, through a video engagement platform.
With this acquisition, Airlearn will become a part of “Teachstack,” Teachmint’s developer-focused offering that enables EdTech companies to build classroom solutions. Teachmint also claims the offering reduces go-to-market time for EdTech companies by providing ready-made classroom solutions. Additionally, Airlearn co-founders Awadhesh Kumar and Somveer Payal will continue as director of product and director of engineering, respectively.
