FightCamp raises USD 90 million in Series B funding

Funding

  • FightCamp, a manufacturer of interactive punching bags, has raised USD 90 million in a Series B funding round co-led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and Connect Ventures. Several celebrity investors and venture capitalists also participated in the round, including Mike Tyson, Floyd Mayweather, and ClassPass CEO Fritz Lanman, among others. The round brings its total funding raised to USD 98 million.

  • The company intends to utilize the funds to scale up operations internationally, expand its subscription-based content library, and develop an Android content platform (currently available on iOS only).

  • FightCamp offers an interactive punching bag that allows users to take boxing classes at home with both on-demand or live streaming options. Users can interact with trainers using the screen, with custom boxing gloves monitoring each punch.
