Hootsuite, a leading Canada-based social media management platform, is reportedly making preparations to list on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) by mid-December 2021.
While there has been no official confirmation from the firm so far, sources report that the firm plans to raise CAD 200 million (approximately USD 160 million) via the IPO.
Hootsuite is reported to have achieved an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of more than USD 200 million and recorded a 20% YoY revenue growth in 2021. The growth has been supported by two acquisitions made in 2021; namely, Heyday AI, a customer conversational platform, and Spark Central, a customer inquiry management platform.
