OnePointOne plans to launch a new production facility in Avondale Industrial Park

  • OnePointOne, a vertical farming player that supplies its products directly to consumers via its sister company Wilo, announced plans to build a 50,000 sq. ft. facility in Avondale 107th Industrial Park in Arizona.

  • Wilo will utilize the facility, and Wilo’s members will be granted access to the farm, allowing them to monitor the crops via the mobile app.

  • OnePointOne states that Avondale was selected in line with the company’s plan to expand across the Southwest Valley, given the rising interest from tech companies to set up facilities in the area.

  • Founded in 2017, OnePointOne develops an automated aeroponics growing system to cultivate greens and herbs in urban areas, selling the products directly to consumers under a monthly subscription plan.
