OxeFit, a manufacturer of strength training-connected fitness systems, has raised USD 15 million in Series A1 funding with participation from Dustin Johnson, Jalen Ramsey, and other investors. Following this fundraise, OxeFit’s total funding stands at around USD 35 million.
The company intends to utilize the funding to expand its team and accelerate sales and marketing of its consumer product “XS1,” a weights and other workout equipment-included smart mirror.
OxeFit also reported it has achieved its undisclosed Q1 2022 sales target.
<l><li> Analyst QuickTake: OxeFit launched its XS1 product targeting home users last December. It was first introduced at USD 5,999, but now retails at a lower price tag of USD 3,799. We notice the prices are now in line with most competitors such as Tonal, Tempo, and Forme Life, who offer weights including smart mirrors for prices ranging between USD 2,495 and USD 4,995.</ul>
