CropSafe, an Irish smart farming startup offering crop management insights using satellite imagery via a web and mobile app, has raised USD 3 million in a seed funding round led by Elefund. Investors including Foundation Capital, Global Founders Capital, and Great Oaks Capital and angel investors including Cory Levy and Charlie Songhurst also joined the round.
The funds will be used to expand its software engineering, product management, and design teams.
The company has also reported it has opened a new headquarters in California amid plans to target the US market.
