Assembled, a workforce management tool, announced its USD 51 million Series B funding round led by New Enterprise Associates with participation from Emergence Capital and Basis Set Ventures. The round brings the company’s total funding to over USD 70 million.
The fresh capital will be used for product development, which includes integrations with HR software, the introduction of schedule optimization algorithms, and launching CX Scholars—a corporate initiative that will commit a portion of the company’s revenue to continue education for support workers. Moreover, the company plans to double its team by the end of the year.
