Cuemath, an online math learning platform, raised USD 57 million (~INR 4.38 billion) in a funding round led by Alpha Wave with participation from existing investors Lightrock India, Sequoia Capital India, and CapitalG. This round brings its total funding to USD 121 million, doubling Cuemath’s valuation to USD 407 million.
The company intends to use the funds to strengthen its product capabilities, growth initiatives, partnerships, and acquisitions. The platform is currently available in 70+ countries and Cuemath plans to expand to 100+ countries by FY2023. Additionally, it plans to strengthen its presence in North America, Asia Pacific, the UK, Europe, and West Asia and enter into markets in Africa and South America.
