Pipedrive, a CRM platform for marketing and sales teams in small and medium enterprises (SMEs), announced that it has expanded its suite of products with the addition of campaign management tools.
The new solutions, which will be integrated into Pipedrive’s CRM platform, include a lead generation and audience builder, a unified contacts database with a bulk import option, a campaign builder with personalized email templates, and analytics and reporting. Additionally, the company plans to make available email marketing automation tools such as automated workflows and CRM sequences during the summer.
