Immuta, a data governance platform, has raised USD 100 million in Series E funding in a round led by NightDragon with participation from Snowflake Ventures, Dell Technologies Capital, Intel Ventures, and several others. The round values the company at USD 1 billion and brings its total funding to USD 267 million.
The company expects to use the funding for product development, expanding its sales, marketing, and customer success teams, and plans to double its current 250-strong headcount within the next 18 months. The company also aims to pursue acquisition opportunities to bolster its product offering.
