Telepsychiatry provider Hurdle Health and health insurance company Oscar Health have expanded their partnership to provide mental health services to all of Oscar’s Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) members.
The two companies initially partnered in 2021 to bring Hurdle’s mental health services to Oscar’s members’ in Texas. This pilot program, given positive user ratings, is now being expanded into three new states to reach more than 150,000 BIPOC users.
Hurdle Health offers evidence-based, culturally intentional therapy to individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds, with a focus on people of color. Hurdle works with employers and provides care to more than 30 million individuals in the US.
