Yotpo, an ecommerce marketing platform, partnered with data intelligence and digital wallet pass developer Fobi AI to launch a new Yotpo Wallet pass to enable brands to provide customer loyalty offerings at scale.
The wallet pass will initially be offered to Shopify retail and ecommerce users and is expected to expand to other ecommerce platforms. Fobi will collect revenue from users as a one-time setup fee per retailer as well as a monthly licensing fee.
The firm claims that the new digital wallet pass enhances Yotpo’s customer loyalty offerings by providing a way for users to manage Yotpo loyalty points on their mobile and streamline the process for redeeming loyalty points at physical stores.
