Gong, a conversational intelligence platform, announced the launch of Gong Forecast, a sales forecasting tool, which claims to be the first reality-based forecast solution.
The sales forecasting tool is powered by a proprietary AI algorithm that is designed to capture information based on customer engagement as well as the frequency of interactions. The tool is built with access to 100+ integrations, including Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seismic, and Slack, allowing Gong to view customer interaction with marketing content, contacts, NPS full forms, and gather data and insights. It also has access to automated sequences to capture client reactions, deliver insights and provide next-step actions as well as providing a unified and complete picture of customer interactions to align inter-departmental goals with corporate strategic objectives, resulting in an increased opportunity to close a deal.
