Geographic expansion

 • Agrify, a Nasdaq-listed company offering vertical farming solutions, has signed a definitive agreement with New Zealand-based medical cannabis producer Ora Pharm to provide end-to-end cultivation and extraction solutions for the latter’s 5,000 sq ft facility in Auckland, New Zealand. This marks Agrify’s entry into the New Zealand cannabis market.

 • As per the terms of the agreement, Agrify has signed a deal valued at USD 1.625 million, which includes the supply of 20 vertical farming units (VFUs) integrated with Agrify Insights control software (licensed for five years) for cultivation, alongside multiple extraction solutions including C1DI Extraction Pod, C-15 Centrifuge Extraction System, and the CannaBeast 13 Thin Film Distillation System.

Analyst QuickTake: Agrify continues to expand its reach both locally and internationally amidst the movement toward cannabis legalization in many countries. This partnership is the second international customer for Agrify, after Portuguese cannabis cultivator BioCann Pharmaceutical , which gave Agrify entry into the European market this year.
