Acquia, a digital experience platform (DXP) that uses Drupal, an open-source content management system (CMS), announced a partnership and integration with Workato, an enterprise-level workflow automation platform to enhance the enterprise connectivity with Acquia’s customer data platform (CDP).
As a result of the integration, enterprise users would be able to integrate Acquia’s CDP with 100+ of Wiorkato’s external services, covering a range of applications including marketing, analytics, and commerce via enterprise-grade application programming interfaces (APIs).
The firm claims that the Workato-powered integrations can enable marketers to orchestrate personalized, AI-powered campaigns across the entire customer journey at speed.
