• Bidstack, a UK-based in-game advertising (IGA) platform, entered into a commercial partnership with an unnamed mobile marketing technology company, enabling it to develop a white-label version of its IGA platform for distribution in the Asia-Pacific market.

 • According to the terms of the three-year partnership agreement, the company is able to use Bidstack’s platform to create its own IGA business with the ability to partner with both advertisers and publishers as well as game developers.

 • Bidstack stated that this is the first technology white-labeling deal for the firm and is expected to deliver a passive, recurring revenue stream. The partnership also provides direct exposure to the Asia-Pacific market.

Analyst QuickTake: The commercial partnership is in line with the firm's objective of diversifying its revenue stream as outlined in the firm’s 2021 annual report of providing a technology-only SaaS licensing deal. The firm has identified this as an untapped opportunity to drive additional recurring revenue, and we can expect more to be delivered in the future.
