The solution would be available to dental practices across US and Canada, providing up-to-date, searchable information on a patient’s insurance status with the ability to receive updated insurance information via phone or two-way texting.
The firm claims that its customers spend on average 6+ hours a week in verifying insurance eligibility for patients and that its new solution can reduce the time spent by 50%.
