• AgileBlue, an extended detection and response (XDR) and SOC-as-a-service platform provider, has acquired the public accounting, consulting, and technology company Crowe LLP's Managed Detection and Response (MDR) platform for an undisclosed amount.

• Founded in 1942, Crowe LLP is an independent member of Crowe Global. The company leverages its MDR platform to deliver consulting services to public and private firms. The company serves more than 200 independent accounting and advisory services firms across more than 130 countries globally.

• AgileBlue’s platform and Crowe LLP’s MDR platform will be merged to provide the latter’s customers with access to 24x7 SOC/XDR-as-a-service, additional threat analytics, detection and response services, and expanded data security services. Crowe will be a certified Global Alliance Reseller of AgileBlue’s 24x7 SOC and XDR platform. In addition, AgileBlue will expand its reach in North America, South America, Asia, and GCC countries.
