Oracle, an integrated solution provider, announced the launch of “Oracle Fusion Sales,” an AI-powered sales automation tool that is a part of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience, which is designed to support the client engagement process to close deals.
The solution provides 1) a process map that supports the client onboarding and sales engagement process, 2) an automated process for qualifying leads via its integration with Oracle Fusion Marketing and Fusion Sales, 3) automated quotes and proposals, 4) smart content recommendations, 5) smart rooms built for client personalization, and 6) reporting and analytics.
In conjunction with the launch, the company announced that it has partnered with sales intelligence solution provider People.ai to support its sales process.
