Investors including DCVC Bio, Hico Capital, Yara Growth Ventures, Johnsonville Ventures, and Trimble Ventures also participated in the round.
The funds will support the company’s mission to make its solution an affordable, reliable, and scalable solution for farmers globally, and expand its farming-as-a-service operations to more farmers and more crops covering more farm acres across states.
Sabanto also reported planting over 750 acres of corn and soybeans in one season using a single 60-horsepower tractor integrated with its advanced mission control platform, demonstrating the company’s ability to deploy systems for multiple days of non-stop operation.
