Capsule, which offers a free CRM platform for startups and small businesses, announced an integration with recently launched email marketing campaign automation solution, “Transpond,” which can be integrated with Capsule’s CRM platform.
Launched in June 2022 and formerly known as MPZMail, Transpond is a marketing automation platform that is offered as a stand alone solution that features 1) a drag and drog interface for email creation, 2) email personalization solutions, 3) pre-built email automation, and 4) campaign analytics reports. The firm offers a free-tier basic plan for up to 1,000 contacts, which is suited for startups and small businesses.
Through its integration with Transpond, Capsule’s users would be able to have a unified view of engagement stats of contacts. The firm claims that the new solution provides an ROI of ~USD 50 for every USD 1 spent.
