Features of the new solution include 1) 100+ pre-built AI marketing recipes covering a range of common use cases including abandoned cards, cross-merchandising, and trending content; 2) a drag-and-drop interface for campaign creation; and 3) advanced reporting and analytics for campaign optimization.
The firm claims that over the past 12 months, marketers have hyper-personalized more than 10 billion messages using Blueshift's recommendation studio and have experienced 131% higher sales and 384% higher lead volumes.
