Peloton, a manufacturer of connected fitness equipment, has announced the resignation of executive chairman John Foley (co-founder and former chief executive officer–CEO) and Chief Legal Officer Hisao Kushi (fellow co-founder).
The company also announced that Tammy Albarran (current chief deputy general counsel at Uber Technologies) will be appointed as chief legal officer replacing Hisao Kushi on October 3.
Peloton also noted that its chief commercial officer Kevin Cornils also will be leaving the company on September 23. Current chief strategy officer Dion Sanders will take up his responsibilities and will take on the new title of chief emerging business officer upon the resignation of Cornils.

Since then the company has undergone significant transformational changes such as ceasing in-house production and other functions and over 4,000 employees layoff .
