Sophie’s Bionutrients, a B2B plant-based ingredient producer based in Singapore and the Netherlands, announced its partnership with New Zealand-based biotech, NewFish, to research microalgae applications in alternative dairy along with New Zealand-based Cawthron Institute and the Wageningen University of Netherlands.
The collaboration will leverage the global value chains of the two companies to commercialize new food and alternative dairy solutions and scale production capacity through shared research and development, co-development of microalgae strains, and ingredient supply for manufacturing.
