Computer systems and design services company Nvidia has introduced its next-gen centralized computer processor called “Drive Thor” for vehicles.
The system unifies automated processes such as assisted driving and parking, driver and occupant monitoring, in-vehicle infotainment, and rear-seat entertainment into a single architecture design for improved efficiency.
Drive Thor will be available for automakers by 2025. Geely-owned automaker ZEEKR has already announced plans to integrate the processor into its next-gen electric vehicles (EVs) in 2025.
