These requirements include an emergency telephone line for first responders, installing two-way communication devices in every AV, and enabling officials to control AVs using geofencing in emergency situations.</p>
 <p>The legislation would also obligate AV manufacturers to report collisions within five days and address current issues with citing driverless cars for traffic violations.</p>
 <p>The proposed bill if passed will grant the state the power to place conditions on AV usage based on several factors like location, timing, type of road, speed limit, and weather after evaluating previous violations and crashes.&nbsp;</p>
 <p>Another relevant bill, SB915, stipulates the need for local jurisdictions to enforce their own rules on AVs, such as requiring permits, setting vehicle limits, and determining operating hours before AVs can run in their areas.</p>

 <p>The Agras T50 drone can spray up to 50 acres per hour and carry 50 kg of dry granules. It has a remote controller connection within a 2-kilometer range. On the other hand, the Agras T25 can carry a 20 kg or 25 kg spraying can. Agras T50 is powered by the DB1560 Intelligent Flight Battery, which has a capacity of up to 30Ah and 1,500 charge cycles.</p>

 <p>Gene editing firm Mammoth Biosciences has teamed up with biopharma company Regeneron Pharmaceuticals to create in vivo (within the body) CRISPR-based gene editing treatments. Regeneron will provide Mammoth with an initial $100 million, including $95 million in equity, and possibly a further $370 million based on accomplishments.</p>
 <p>This partnership will merge Regeneron's Adeno-Associated Viral (AAV) vectors - a delivery technology - and Mammoth’s gene editing systems, improving the delivery of gene editing therapies beyond the liver. Regeneron will take the reign on developing and commercializing the drug targets while its use of Mammoth’s technology will be confined to specified targets in the deal. However, by paying a research extension fee, the collaboration can be extended for an additional two years.</p>
