Pipedrive, a CRM platform for marketing and sales teams in small and medium enterprises (SMEs), announced the beta launch of a workflow automation feature under its “Campaigns by Pipedrive” solution.
The solution is expected to streamline the campaign management process for sales and marketing teams. This includes 1) email and CRM integration across a unified platform 2) auto delay which enables users to schedule email campaigns and connect with leads 3) tools to generate audience insights such as messages that resonate with target audiences, email list segmentation, target marketing, and email deliverability 4) a centralized hub for marketing and sales teams; and 5) campaign insights including client engagement, delivery, and email click rates.
Analyst QuickTake: The new solution builds on Pipedrive’s campaign management suite launched in June 2022. The solution was integrated into Pipedrive’s CRM platform, which includes a lead generation and audience builder, a unified contacts database with a bulk import option, a campaign builder with personalized email templates, and analytics and reporting.
