  • Securiti, a privacy compliance platform provider, has raised USD 75 million in Series C funding led by Owl Rock Capital with participation from existing investors Mayfield and General Catalyst. Following this round, the company’s total funding stands at USD 156 million.

  • The company also announced the launch of its Data Controls Cloud offering—a solution that will act as a centralized command center for businesses to monitor and control digital privacy workflows across typically siloed enterprise tools.

  • Securiti reported triple-digit quarter-over-quarter growth and plans to double its current 370-strong workforce by next year. Following the Series C investment, Pravin Vazirani of Blue Owl Capital will join the company’s board of directors.
