Katalyst, the manufacturer of “Katalyst Training System,” a fitness system based on electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) technology, raised USD 26 million in Series A funding led by Stripes with participation from Incisive Ventures, Unlock Venture Partners, and Robert Nelsen, among others. This brings Katalyst’s total funding to USD 40.6 million.
The company intends to use the funds to scale up production, develop its brand, and expand its team.
Katalyst has shipped over 1,200 units of its Katalyst training system as part of an early access program and currently has a product waitlist of 75,000 potential users.
