AgriWebb, an Australia-based livestock management platform, has raised USD 6.7 million in an additional Series B funding round led by Germin8 Ventures and iSelect Fund, bringing its total Series B funding to USD 29.3 million.
The funds will be used to enter into new partnerships, develop and roll out new features for improved animal productivity and sustainable land management, and support the launch of a “unified agtech” ecosystem to help producers receive greater value for sustainably produced red meat and compensation for sustainable land stewardship.
Founded in 2013, AgriWebb offers a livestock management platform with features including farm mapping, inventory management, and individual animal and herd management. The platform provides data-driven insights to livestock producers that claim to improve profitability, efficiency, and sustainability. As of date, the platform is used by over 16,000 farmers worldwide, covering more than 19 million animals across 136 million acres of land. The company also reports adding 250 new users every month to its platform.
