Partnerships
Funding

  • Cyolo, a zero-trust network security provider for IT and OT, received an undisclosed amount from IBM Ventures. Cyolo’s total funding following this round stands at nearly USD 85 million.

  • The funds will be used to accelerate its market presence.

  • In addition to this, both Cyolo and IBM Ventures will collaborate on working towards go-to-market initiatives, which include establishing new partner engagements and panel sessions to accelerate the market adoption of identity-based connectivity for digital firms. IBM will provide its cybersecurity expertise and technical resources to support Cyolo’s Zero Trust Secure Access platform.

  • Analyst QuickTake: The latest investment comes three months after Cyolo raised USD 60 million in Series B funding led by National Grid Partners, with participation from IBM Ventures. One of the planned uses of the funding proceeds was to expand its technology alliances.
