Otonomo, an Israel-based startup offering a vehicle data capture and analytics platform, has strengthened its partnership with the multinational software company SAP by integrating its “Otonomo Smart Mobility Data Platform” with “SAP Digital Vehicle Hub.”

This will enable businesses to generate insights for fleet management and maintenance based on connected vehicle data and identify mobility business models and revenue streams.

SAP Digital Vehicle Hub is a central cloud-based repository for vehicle data. It helps create digital twins of vehicles and vehicle components, provides an all-around view of the vehicle lifecycle data, enables businesses to share vehicle data with stakeholders, and creates collaborative business models.

Otonomo offers a vehicle data platform to ingest, secure, cleanse, normalize, aggregate, and enrich car data collected from OEMs. The integration with SAP will create synergies between the two and further enable the utilization of vehicle data.
