Amprius Technologies, an NYSE-listed company developing silicon anodes for lithium-ion batteries, entered into a three-year cooperation agreement with BAE Systems, an LSE-listed defense, aerospace, and security company.
Under this agreement, Amprius will initially work with BAE Systems’ air business and will deliver batteries specifically developed for electrically powered flight applications. Additionally, both parties will be identifying business opportunities to use Amprius’ silicon nanowire anode batteries for electric products developed by BAE Systems in the UK.
