Healthcare benefits platform HealthJoy raises USD 60 million

Funding

  • HealthJoy, a healthcare benefits platform, has raised USD 60 million in a Series D funding round led by Valspring Capital with participation from Endeavour Vision, CIBC Innovation Banking, and existing investors U.S. Venture Partners, Brandon Cruz and Clint Jones (founders, GoHealth), Health Velocity Capital, Nueterra Capital, and Epic. The round brings HealthJoy’s total funding to USD 108 million.

  • The fresh funds were raised to accelerate growth and improve user experience in healthcare navigation. 

  • HealthJoy is a mobile-first healthcare benefits platform that enables employees to navigate their care journey and features 24/7 live support. Its virtual care suite includes products such as musculoskeletal treatment, urgent care needs, mental health, chronic disease management, and medical bill review. The company currently serves ~1,000 companies, covering over 500,000 employees and dependents.
