Penny AI, a sales workflow and coaching platform announced that it has launched “Learning Solutions,” a new learning and onboarding solution to its platform, which claims to be the first in the industry to integrate microlearning into a social sales enablement platform.
The solution is expected to help businesses and sales teams overcome onboarding challenges and empower sales representatives with real-time training tools. This includes 1) a social selling platform with gamified learning 2) micro-content 3) the application of skills to tasks with a financial focus 4) learning retention and business impact insights and 5) allowing partners to create behavior-based learning modules using their own content.
In addition, the company hired Lauren Mason Carris, Ph.D., a learning design leader with 20 years of industry experience and expertise in designing adult learning and personalized learning software, to lead the development of the Learning Solutions product.
Analyst QuickTake: The new solution is in line with the company’s announcement in June 2022 when it raised USD 27 million in Series B funding and planned to use the funds for product development, mainly focusing on sales enablement.
