Mindtickle, a conversational intelligence and sales coaching platform, announced that it has added new products and capabilities to its proprietary platform.
The company announced the release of its new solutions and features in advance of its digital event called “Binge-Worthy Enablement.” In relation to the theme, the company aims to deliver solutions that empower users with coaching, training, and content on a unified platform. Additionally, Mindtickle has connected these new releases to other revenue-related jobs, such as enablement, revenue operations, frontline sales management, channel teams, marketing, and customer success.
The solutions include 1) digital sales rooms 2) on-demand programs and templates created by industry experts 3) a sales playbook for guided learning and selling 4) customizable web pages 5) analytics and insights and 6) deeper integrations with the partner ecosystem.
Analyst QuickTake: The new products and features complement Mindtickle’s platform capabilities, especially the Readiness Index, a sales performance tool that calculates sales representatives' readiness scores based on learning patterns and scoring, and “Asset Hub”, which provides sales representatives a view of all training content and marketing on a single interface (launched in September 2021).
