Agriconomie, a France-based agricultural e-commerce company, has raised EUR 60 million (~USD 60 million) in Series B funding co-led by Treis Group, Temasek, and Aliment Capital. New investor Eurazeo also participated in the round.
The funds will support the company’s mission to become a leader in Europe agro-distribution.
Founded in 2014, Agriconomie is an online e-commerce platform offering agricultural inputs to farmers including fertilizers, seeds, spare parts for machinery, animal nutrition, and workshop equipment. As of date, the company operates across multiple countries in Europe including France, Germany, Italy, and Spain and is used by more than 80,000 farmers.
