Chronic care management startup Revero raised USD 5 million in a seed funding round with participation from A16Z Scout, Goodwater Capital, Think+ Ventures, and CapitalX.
The new funds will be used to expand its market reach across the US and further extend the number of chronic conditions it offers including type-2 diabetes, heart disease, and mental health issues.
Revero offers personalized care through an online platform that connects physicians with users. The company operates a B2B2C business model, offering services via employers and insurance providers on a subscription basis, and currently has 3,000 members. It has achieved a 56% compound growth rate and more than USD 0.5 million in annual revenue since its launch in 2019.
