Chronic care management company Aide Health has raised USD 1.2 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Hambro Perks' EIS fund with participation from Fuel Ventures,1818 Ventures, and APX.
The new funds will be used towards developing its digital care app.
UK-based digital health startup Aide Health is developing a platform that allows physicians to remotely monitor patients with long-term chronic conditions. Patients are connected to their physicians daily via mobile, for treatment, advice, and queries. A pilot program was launched in 2022 with the National Health Service targeting patients with asthma or type-2 diabetes and the firm plans to expand treatment for chronic pain and hypertension.
