Floodflash to enter the US market led by Mark Hara

Geographic expansion

  • FloodFlash, a UK-based parametric flood insurance company, has announced its plans to enter the US market, led by Mark Hara as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its North America operations.

  • Hara will oversee the development and execution of the US go-to-market strategy with the company’s offerings initially launching for commercial properties in Florida, Virginia, Texas, Louisiana, and California.

  • Hara formerly worked at P&G and Nationwide, and he has also led and successfully exited two insurtech firms Mylo and BoldPenguin.
