Showpad, a Belgian sales coaching platform, announced a number of new products, including Showpad's Enablement Operating System, App Studio, and Partner Ecosystem at its annual Transform Connect event.
The new operating system has four key components: (1) sales content management, which enables revenue teams to coordinate and agree on a single source of truth for all sales content (2) seller effectiveness, which gives sellers the skills, knowledge, and best practices for efficient and reliable client engagement (3) buyer engagement, which offers a unified platform where sellers and buyers can collaborate and co-create via tailored communication channels and formats and (4) analytics and insights.
It also unveiled the App Studio powered by natural language processing to find, display, and share fresh content and enablement insights. In 2023, this solution will be made available to consumers and will deliver applications on top of the fundamental operating system of Showpad, including search and AI-powered analytics.
In addition, the company introduced the Showpad Ecosystem which features complementary professional services and tech integrations.
