Navigate360, a provider of social and emotional learning (SEL), and safety solutions for schools and communities, acquired PBIS Rewards, a school management system, for an undisclosed amount. 

The acquisition enables the business to expand its solution for child safety by integrating PBIS Rewards with Navigate360's Behavioral Threat & Suicide Case Management and Suite360's mental, social, and character-building intervention curriculum. This includes educating students about life skills and using positive reinforcement, identifying early signs of distress in students using SEL check-ins and recording concerns for early intervention, analyzing and evaluating behavioral threat assessment case management with colleagues, reporting and analytics, and implementing thorough and directive intervention programs that support playbooks compatible with positive behavior in students.

PBIS provides a framework for schools and educators to promote a safe learning environment for students in the US. It provides comprehensive solutions with deep discussion on key topics such as school climate and culture, full-cycle emergency management, early detection, evaluation, and violence prevention.
