Tealium, a customer data platform (CDP), announced that it had launched its “ identity partner ecosystem ” to provide users with access to identity providers for improved consumer identity capabilities.
The ecosystem will give Tealium users the ability to activate first and third-party data provided by identity providers on its partner network on Tealium’s AudienceStream to update CDP profiles in real-time. The firm claims that the ecosystem will provide solutions for 1) providing visibility into unknown visitors 2) cleaning first-party data and 3) filling gaps left by third-party cookies, creating enriched customer profiles to deliver personalized experiences.
Identity providers in the ecosystem include Epsilon, Acxiom, Merkle, Okta, and Neustar. The firm also stated that Acxiom’s Real identity solution was integrated with Tealium’s AudienceStream .
Analyst QuickTake: The new integrations further strengthen Tealium’s offerings which stand out from other CDPs in terms of a large number of integrations its platform is compatible with. It also deepens its partnerships with identity providers such as Merckle with whom Tealium collaborated to add identity resolution to its CDP.
