Popwork, a French employee performance and engagement platform, has raised EUR 1.5 million (~USD 1.6 million) in a seed funding round led by Evolem with participation from a group of angel investors from tech and HR backgrounds including Guillaume Alary (co-founder, 360 Learning) and Thibault Lanthier (co-founder, MonDocteur).
The company intends to use the funds to expand its team and further develop its product.
Launched in 2020, Popwork is a SaaS employee performance and engagement platform that helps businesses to improve team management by offering digital tools for 1-on-1 meetings, measuring employee sentiments, sharing feedback, and managing OKRs. With its team of eight, Popwork currently serves hundreds of teams from startups such as PrestaShop and Foodles, to big businesses like TotalEnergies, across Paris, Nice, Marseille, and Amsterdam.
