Agricultural R&D company, BioConsortia advanced two new nematicides into the development pipeline validated through field trials, bringing the number of nematicides for seed treatments in the mid-to-late-development stage to five.
The five product leads are based on single-strain, spore-forming beneficial bacteria discovered and improved using the business' advanced microbial screening (AMS) process, which finds and applies selection pressure that enhances the microbe's performance in response to specific stress.
Additionally, the company is actively partnering with major firms from the seed, seed treatment, and crop protection segments to take these products to markets worldwide.
