<p>Halcyon, an anti-ransomware platform, raised USD 100 million in a Series C funding round led by Evolution Equity Partners. Other participants include Bain Capital Ventures, SYN Ventures, Harmony Group, Corner Capital Management, Dropbox Ventures, and ServiceNow Ventures. This investment round significantly values the company at USD 1 billion and takes the total funding raised to USD 190 million.</p>

Halcyon raises USD 100 million in Series C funding for growth and product enhancement

 <p>Viso Trust, a platform that uses AI to automate vendor security assessments, raised USD 7 million in funding from investors such as Allstate Strategic Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, Cisco Investments, EnvisionX Capital, Lytical Ventures, Scale Asia Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and Work-Bench. This brings the total funds raised by the company to USD 24 million.</p>
 <p>The funding will be used to enlarge the company's artifact-based platform, to develop an AI governance platform focused on reducing risk, and to speed up the innovation of its platform in order to create an ecosystem that combines security intelligence.</p>
 <p>Viso Trust's platform is capable of reducing the time taken for vendor assessment and onboarding by up to 90%. This enables quick assessments to be completed in five to seven days, and has resulted in a 98% vendor adoption rate. Some of their notable customers include Bain Capital, Instacart, Notion, and Upwork.</p>
 <p>Established in 2016, Viso Trust is a cybersecurity platform that specializes in third-party risk management and vendor security assessments. The company, which is based in San Geronimo, California, possesses an AI-driven system that automates the due diligence process for the evaluation of vendor security measures. Its platform utilizes machine learning and natural language processing to analyze security documentation and artifacts. This process significantly reduces the traditional time taken to assess vendors from eight hours down to approximately 30 minutes for each vendor relationship.</p>
