Vic.ai raises USD 52 million in Series C funding

Funding

  • Vic.ai, an accounts payable (AP) automation platform, raised USD 52 million in Series C funding, co-led by GGV Capital and ICONIQ Growth with participation from Cowboy Ventures and Costanoa Ventures. This round brings the company’s total funding up to around USD 115 million.

  • The funds will be invested in adding new modules to its platform in the following year.

  • Vic.ai also noted that its annual recurring revenue has tripled YoY in 2022, while its active user base grew 280%.

  • Vic.ai offers an accounts payable (AP) automation platform that covers invoice processing and approvals. Through “Autopilot” the company enables users to automate the ingesting and classifying of invoices, while “Autonomous Approval Flows” sends the invoice to approvers. Vic.ai can deal with different approval processes for different types of transactions and sends the invoices to the relevant employees when an expense meets a given confidence level.
