Field Effect raises USD 34.5 million in growth equity funding

  • Field Effect, a cybersecurity company, raised USD 34.5 million in a growth equity funding round from Edison Partners and Round13 Growth Fund. Field Effect’s total funding currently stands at USD 64.6 million. 

  • Founded in 2016, Field Effect provides cybersecurity solutions such as incident response and planning to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Field Effect Covalence is a managed detection and response (MDR) solution that monitors, detects, and responds to threats across endpoints, cloud services, and networks. Field Effect Cyber Range is a simulation-based cybersecurity training platform that trains teams on their individual skills and incident response capabilities. Notable customers include Telus, Cira, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, and the Canadian Cyber Threat Exchange.
