Confirm, a data-driven employee performance review platform has launched what it claims to be the first and only “Auto-calibration” feature to accelerate the performance review calibration process while removing biases.

The feature will analyze manager ratings based on the rules defined by the customer and suggest the subset of employees the company should focus calibration discussions around by using the information learned through Organizational Network Analysis (ONA). The company claims this feature saves 50–70% of the usual calibration time, reducing it to a week or a few days.
