Taboola, an AI-powered content discovery platform, announced that it has entered into a thirty-year exclusive commercial partnership with Yahoo, making Taboola the exclusive native advertising partner for all of Yahoo’s digital properties.
As part of the partnership, Yahoo will leverage Taboola’s contextual ad solutions to provide a unified advertiser offering and improve consumer experiences across its owned media properties. In addition, Monica Mijaleski, Yahoo’s CFO, joined Taboola’s Board of Directors.
Taboola expects the new partnership would result in ~USD 1 billion in annual revenue.

The combined advertising offering is expected to help Taboola reach a broader audience while gaining access to more premium advertisers to bid on the Taboola Network.
